Customer satisfaction is important at Carpe U. We will provide a full refund for any product which is unwashed, unaltered, and unworn within 30 days of purchase if the product does not meet the customer’s satisfaction.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Email customerservice@carpeu.com within 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return within 30 days of the original date of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Any refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the requested exchange item is not available, the original credit card used will be credited.
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) and Shipping label will be sent via email. PLEASE RETURN ALL ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WITH ALL THE TAGS.
Print the return label and ship the item to be returned to Carpe U. Make sure the RA# is clearly marked on the Ship To address label. The return will not be accepted without the RA#. Return shipping will be paid for by Carpe U. Once the product is received, a refund will be processed. Returns may take up to 2-4 weeks to process.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If you live in North Carolina you will be charged applicable sales tax. If you live in Canada, you will be charged provincially applicable PST/HST/GST. If you live elsewhere, you will not be charged sales tax.
